How to Use

To Use: 5 sprays on your skin (per day) - allow to dry before you cover yourself with clothing. You can use it anywhere on your body.

* Athletes, illness, those individuals with low levels of magnesium may find they require more than the standard dosage.

Each bottle is 4 oz. (approximately 116 ML's) and approximately 10 sprays in each ML, approximate yield 232 servings.

Each bottle contains approximately 12 grams of elemental magnesium (12,000 mg) with 232 'servings' per bottle each spray contains approximately 52 mg of elemental magnesium.
